We offer rebounding and pilates classes for everyone and anyone who are interested! Rebounding is known for being high energy, sweaty and one of the most exhilarating types of exercises that you can do, with the added bonus of many incredible benefits! Pilates on the other hand puts an extra emphasis and focus on proper execution and control with each and every movement and exercise. In these classes you will likely discover muscles where you never thought there were any. Pilates is also great for core strength, stability, posture and mobility.

Mirna is our front runner with rebounding sessions. She is also a qualified Personal Trainer.

Simone is a passionate Instructor. She is a Group Fitness instructor, Pilates Instructor and qualified Personal Trainer. She is also our admin manager at bloemphysio fitness.

Fitness with a Smile!
Liezl has a passion for movement and fitness, she crafts rebounding sessions that are engaging, challenging and ridiculously fun!

Tamryn Leenaerts
Tamryn instructs our Progressive Pilates session on a Thursday evening. She is also a qualified physiotherapist at bloemphysio. Her passion centers on helping others regain the strength and mobility required to carry out their daily activities
